Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant Service in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD $100 if you have not made any payments.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Fawzix AI Solutions, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services or violation of these terms.
